No, you don't need to be home. As long as we have access to your windows and any necessary entry points, we can complete the job.

We take care to avoid any damage to your landscaping by using appropriate equipment and techniques. Our team works carefully around plants and gardens, and we also rake any mulch or rocks where we may have placed a ladder to ensure everything is in pristine condition.

No, it will not. Please see below for our screen notice.
*If your screens can't be removed from the outside of the property, we kindly ask you remove them from the inside so we can complete our window cleaning process. We kindly ask this is completed before we arrive for your scheduled appointment. If you're unable to do so, we can assist when we're on-site.*
*If your screens slide, nothing is needed. We can complete our window cleaning process if your screens slide.*
*If your screens can be removed from the exterior of the property, nothing is needed. We'll remove the screens if needed in order to complete our window cleaning process.*
*If we remove any of your screens or assist you in removing screens from the inside, rest assured that we will reinstall all screens after our window cleaning process is completed.*
